Every child deserves a gift during the holidays!
During these challenging times, when many are struggling and looking for brightness, you can provide an act of kindness and help support families in poverty for the holidays! We invite you to join us as we raise funds to donate holiday gift cards for children living in public housing at Denver Housing Authority (DHA). Approximately 12,000 children live in public housing and in Section 8 at DHA. Every child deserves a gift during the holidays!
DHA’s communities are facing an unprecedented level of need this holiday season. Due to challenges such as unemployment or underemployment, food insecurities, childcare costs, health issues, and lack of resources, many families will not be able to provide holiday gifts to their children. Your donation brings hope for families across our communities. Every dollar counts, especially now!
DHA and Friends of DHA greatly appreciates your support of our residents. Any funds not used for gift cards in 2023 due to a surplus will be used in 2024 for the same purpose.
